Phone: 907-351-4762Send Bill a message.Bill was born and raised in Westminster, Maryland. He attended Bucknell University in Pennsylvania, and then traveled the world in service to Our Country. After a dozen family relocations, he retired from that career in 2002, and settled in the State of Alaska, actively participating in many of the outdoor activities this State has to offer. For 2 years he held a part time job reviewing construction progress on new homes for Northrim Bank™s Construction Loan Department. Bill began his successful career in residential real estate in 2005. A Prudential Top Producer, he holds the "Graduate of the Real Estate Institute" (GRI) and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) professional designations. Bill was recently voted "Associate of the Year" at Prudential for 2011. An active member of the community, he served as President of Amazing Grace Lutheran Church, and on the Alaska Synod Council of the ELCA. He previously worked with Boy Scout Troop 209 in Anchorage, as the treasurer and as a trainer for the Personal Management Merit Badge. He also serves on the Boards of Hidden Retreat Condominium Association and the Goldenview Park Homeowner Association. Bill remains excited about living in Alaska, and while he often visits the Lower-48, he is always happy to return to the most beautiful place he has ever lived!
